Suu Kyi's party challenged before the courts their solution in Burma.
Bangkok, Sep 15 .- The party of Nobel Peace Prize 1991 Aung San Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy (NLD), reported today that challenged in the courts of justice, their dissolution, issued by the Electoral Commission Burma (Myanmar) and announced the day before.
Formation spokesman, Nyan Win, the sources pointed out dissent that the current electoral law does not grant the commission the power to dissolve political, Star Trek Gold, parties registered prior to its formation.
Nyan Win, also a lawyer, recalled that the NLD, which has borne the brunt of the struggle for democracy in the country the last two decades, was founded in September 1988 in compliance with the laws of the State Council for the Restoration of Law and Order, the name that had the Burmese military junta at that, darkfall online gold, time.
"In March we turn against the laws of registration of political parties and against (the cancellation of) the outcome of the 1990 election. To date, courts have failed, so that the decrees of 1988 continue to be valid," stated Nyan Win.

Burma has been ruled by generals since the military coup of 1962.
