A young man serious after being hit by a boat while bathing on a beach in Gran Canaria.

A 21 year old character has been seriously injured after being hit by a boat in Gran Canaria, as reported by the Centre for Emergency and Security Coordinator (Cecoes) 112 Canary Islands Government.

The incident occurred at approximately 18:15 in the area of La Puntilla, on the beach of Las Canteras in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The injured man suffered a cut on one leg, allods gold, of a serious nature and he was taken by ambulance basic life support from the Emergency Department at University Hospital of Canary Islands Gran Canaria Doctor Negrin.

Apparently a boat collided with the bather. Upon arrival at the scene, medical personnel attended to the SUC concerned, which had been pulled from the water by members of the Red Cross Beaches and, sto energy credits, after treat and stabilize, proceeded to his transfer to hospital.
