Sephardic Museum in Toledo shows morning of accordionist Inaki Alberdi.

Toledo, May 19 .- The Sephardic Museum welcome you morning, at 20:30, the fifth concert of the XVI edition of the Toledo International Music Festival of the hands of accordionist Inaki Alberdi, to interpret a contemporary music program, Spanish author .

As reported by the Board, Alberdi is the winner of some of the most important international competitions now and has been invited as a soloist, gods and heroes gold, by leading directors such Josep Pons, Ramon Encinar, Juanjo Mena and Pedro Halffter.

He has performed in concert halls and festivals in Spain, Europe and China, among other places.

It collaborates with various chamber groups and in 1998 founded with saxophonist Josetxo Silguero the Ensemble Oiasso Novis', encouraging the creation of new works for accordion, saxophone,, buy darkfall gold, percussion and electroacoustic devices.

In 2001 he founded 'Anaki' with pianist Ananda Sukarlan, creating a new repertoire for this formation. Since 1998, a duet with the accordionist also Inigo Aizpiolea.

Today is also a professor of accordion and chamber music at the Higher School of Music of the Basque Country (Musikene) and the Escuela Superior de Musica de, sto energy credits, Catalunya.

Students and staff of Jacinto Guerrero Conservatory and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, will have a 50% discount to buy them at the box office, and Youth Card holders receive a discount of 10% on the price of admission.

With the support of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, de la Diputaci??n Provincial and the City of Toledo, this activity brings to five venues in the city a total of thirteen concerts until June 12, will bring life to this event that welcomes all the genres of art music, classical and contemporary, offering symphonic and chamber concerts, opera and recitals.

Among the main activities in this edition also highlights the inaugural concert sponsored by CCM, which took place on the 8th at the Museum of Santa Cruz by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra.

The program also includes a mini series of four concerts to mark the 200th birth anniversary of Frederic Chopin will be held on 5 and 10 June in the Sephardic Museum and on 11 and 12 of the same month in Santa Cruz. The 12th concert, sponsored by Natural Gas, will serve as the Festival closing and shall be borne by the Rzeszow Philharmonic Orchestra.

The festival this year also pays a small tribute to another great composer and pianist, Isaac Albeniz, the 150th anniversary of his birth, with the concert scheduled for May 26 at the Sephardic Museum, by the Spanish pianist Guillermo Gonzalez, who interpret 'Suite Iberia'.

Beside the 13 concerts scheduled, will take place from 17 to 19 May as the conclusion of parallel activity XXIII Youth Piano Competition,organized by the Conservatory of Music "Jacinto Guerrero" of Toledo. As usual the competition includes student concerts to be held on the 24th of May at the Conservatorio Jacinto Guerrero and 27 May and 9 June at the Cultural Center of CCM.
